Cole Sherard began his practice in Wheatland, Wyoming in 2004 after graduating from the University of Wyoming College of Law. He was honored with Legal Services Intern of the Year prior to graduation. Cole was admitted to the Wyoming State Bar and Federal District Court for Wyoming in 2004.
Cole practices criminal defense representing clients with major felonies and misdemeanors including DUI Defense, BUI Defense, drug crimes, assault and battery, crimes against people and game and fish violations across eastern Wyoming.
He also practices in the area of family law, personal injury, natural resource law and has a general trial practice. He has also represented clients on appeal to the Wyoming Supreme Court.
Cole is a member of the Wyoming State Bar, Federal District Court for the State of Wyoming, National College of DUI Defense, National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association and is currently the president of the Platte County Bar Association. He also serves on the Wyoming State Bar fee dispute committee.
